The Academic year begins in April and ends in March.
Admission is granted after a selection test. Admission and assignment to a particular class or section entirely reserved to the school authorities.
Admissions will not be granted to pupils who have attended other schools unless a Transfer Certificate form the school last attended is produced.
Pupils who passes from PP to Std I is to take fresh admission. An authentic Birth Certificate is to be produced at the time of admissions to Std I stating years of age is completed.
At the time of admission the student should be personally introduced by the parent / guardian who will be responsible to the school authorities for his / her studies and conduct.

A clear calendar month's notice in writing or month's fee in lieu of notice must be given before the pupil withdraws.

Transfer certificate will be issued only when all the dues of the school are cleared

A student can be dismissed from the school for irregular attendance, unsatisfactory progress in studies, disobedience or defiance of authority, malpractice in connection with examinations, and lack of conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school ad repeated detention in the class.

If application of withdrawal is given after 15th June the fees of the whole session will be charged including the annual charges. Annual charges will not be refunded in any case.
